Josh is a Trader, having worked 25+ years on Wall Street & Hedge Funds. He is a proprietary trader and web developer. Josh tracks funds for investments and he wanted to utilize his experience in finance to help code an app that would be useful to other Traders and Investors. The idea for Stockgen was originally conceived to streamline his workflow, as it is incredibly time-consuming to track funds manually. He realized that what he was learning at UC-Berkeley could be used to make his job easier. Eventually, he would like to help broaden the scope and the capabilities of Stockgen with the knowledge gained in the program.
